Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery
If you’re unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they’ll leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package from their location.
Delivery Delays
Zeevogue is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners or if you’re unavailable at the time of delivery. Additionally, we don’t process shipments on Sundays or public holidays due to courier pick-up restrictions.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier company, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow 24 business hours for the tracking number to become active on the courier’s website.
Customs and Duties
Please note that any customs duties or taxes applicable to your order will be billed separately by the courier company at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in your payment to Zeevogue.
VAT, Custom Taxes, and Import Duties
We have no control over VAT, custom taxes, and import duties, as they vary based on your country’s regulations. You’ll be responsible for paying these charges directly. These fees are not included in our checkout process.
International Customer Responsibility

The shipping times mentioned on our website for each item are approximate and indicative only. Sometimes, unavoidable delays may occur. We cannot offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges due to shipping time variations.
